Cancellation Policy

Life happens and we understand that.

But to ensure I can keep my business running, I kindly ask that all appointment cancellations be made directly through Jen – +1-951-966-8242 - and not online.

To avoid any additional charges, please give me a 72-hour notice to cancel or move any appointment.

If a 48-hour notice is given, you will be charged 50 percent of your service fee.

If 24 hours or less notice is given, you will be charged the full appointment cost.
